Jennifer Schleh, FNP, LLC

Jennifer is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients across the lifespan and is currently accepting patients of all ages.

She is a pediatric-focused nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting parents as they make health decisions for their children. Her approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. She believes parents deserve clear information, space to ask questions, and the freedom to make choices that align with their family’s values—without pressure or judgment.

Jennifer also welcomes adult patients who are seeking a healthcare provider who truly listens, takes time to understand their concerns, and partners with them in their care.

Whether discussing vaccines, nutrition, or overall wellness, her role is to listen first, share accurate and balanced information, and walk alongside patients and families as a trusted partner. Jennifer strives to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere where the patient-provider relationship is the foundation of meaningful, high-quality care.

A lifelong learner, Jennifer is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, Maine Nurse Practitioner Association, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the American Holistic Nurses Association.

When not working, Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband, her children and their families. In her spare time she loves to travel, cooking from scratch, make anything sourdough, gardening. She loves canning and preserving the food she grows.

And, did we mention that she loves Zebras?
